How to get there

Getting to Australia is easy. QANTAS, the Australian national airline flies there regularly.

Accommodation

There are many options available to you for accommodation in Sydney. Basair is happy to help you make the necessary arrangements.

  1. Accommodation is available on Bankstown Airport. This accommodation is simple, cheap, and very close to Basair. Room only - no meals are provided. Around AUD$110 per week.
  2. A homestay with an Australian family. With this option you stay with a local family who provide housing, and most meals for you. Around AUD$200 per week.
  3. You may also like to arrange to rent a house with some other students. This is normally done once you get to Australia, and you stay in the airport accommodation (see number 1 above) until the house is arranged. Houses nearby generally rent for around AUD$250 per week - 3 bedrooms.
